Jenni is from Kilkenny and graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2015.
After graduating Jenni worked with a wide range of clients from Paediatrics, Rugby teams and care of the elderly/falls prevention (from ages 6-104!) .
After this Jenni spent 3 years in New Zealand working in a high-level clinic that operated in close collaboration with the famous Les Mills International Gym
Jenni is currently one of only 3 certified members qualified in SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) in Ireland. In addition, she has completed her CrossFit level 1 trainers exam and provides screening/treatment to many CrossFit Athletes.
Jenni specialises in prevention/treatment / rehab of all musculoskeletal injuries and has a special interest in strength and balance training for people with osteoporosis and arthritis. She also has a special interest in the treatment of headaches & migraine arising from neck pain.
From a sporting perspective, Jenni also has extensive experience in treating both injuries of everyday athletes and international athletes.
Jenni uses a combination of manual therapy skills together with her vast knowledge of exercise prescription to treat and prevent injury.
